| HI All,
I was doing some research on how Warden scans our systems. Below are the details;
Offset Scans (Absolute address and the offset are the same, SC2 base is however 0x00800000) Code:

This time the information that you posted perhaps isn't as useful because its prolly common knowledge to those in the know. But hey maybe sometime in the future you will find something that others haven't and now be deterred from sharing which isn't a good situation. Personally i see no problem with people sharing information good or bad and wish more users here would. | |

I mean this is the 3rd or 4th post he makes about warden and mappro each time i'm like "WTF banwave !!!" ... (i do not want to criticize your share but yeah when i see "Warden, Cheat Engine & SC2MapPro Detection" or "TIPS: How to avoid detection by Warden, Opponent player and Blizz, if you are using hack" i am thinking that warden is scanning for externals & banwave ) Then i see random posts like: - SC2donkey wrote:

I am sorry if i did offenced you. Not at all, you are perfectly entitled to feel that way. I really do understand. To be honest I got a bit pissed off with sc2donkey when he pretty much blasted Hatschi's offline installer saying that it didn't work. When in fact there was nothing wrong. I mean Hatschi keeps the offline resource going for us just in case gbd goes down, it always works like a charm and has bailed me out more than a few times. All it takes is a few more posts like that and Hatschi could just say "screw this" So yeah sc2donkey could make more of an effort to keep onside. Having said that I also like users who share information. Can never have enough On a brighter note, sc2donkey's rep made a remarkable recovery, from -9 to +6 I've never seen such a dramatic fluctuation in a users rep edit: it just dropped from +6 to +3 ...down 3 points. re-edit: dropped from +3 to -1 ...down a further 4 points.

| Poor Sc2Donkey!!! Thank you for sharing this information (if it is of public domain does not matter). We really appreciate it. The real problem with warden is that they can easily obfuscate what they are searching for. People who claim that they know what is contained into battle.net dll are lying. | |
